The Board of Eurocine Vaccines has, with the support of authorization from the Annual General Meeting, decided on a unit issue to finance most of the preparatory activities before the start of the first clinical study on the vaccine candidate against chlamydia. The unit issue can initially provide a maximum of approximately SEK 31.6 million before issuing costs. Through the rights issue of units, free warrants of series TO 4 will be issued, which can provide a maximum of SEK 19.7 million before issuing costs, in connection with the warrant exercise in March 2022. In addition to the development activities in the chlamydia project, the capitalization will finance intensified business development, partly with the aim of preparing potential partners for the chlamydia vaccine candidate and partly for the identification and evaluation of additional vaccine candidates.

Styrelsen i Eurocine Vaccines har, med stöd av bemyndigande av årsstämman, vi beslutat om en företrädesemission av units för att finansiera huvuddelen av de förberedande aktiviteterna inför starten av den första kliniska studien med vaccinkandidaten mot klamydia. Unitemissionen kan initialt tillföra maximalt cirka 31,6 MSEK före emissionskostnader. Genom unitemissionen kommer vederlagsfria teckningsoptioner att emitteras, vilka kan tillföra maximalt 19,7 MSEK före emissionskostnader, i samband med optionsinlösen i mars 2022. Utöver utvecklingsaktiviteterna i klamydiaprojektet, kommer unitemissionen att finansiera en intensifierad affärsutveckling med syfte att dels förbereda potentiella partners för klamydiavaccinkandidaten, dels identifiera och utvärdera ytterligare vaccinkandidater.
